Drink cup of coffee
We have so many kinds of coffee โ in the world. We can definitely find the one that makes we feel better after stressful day or long concentrating work streak.
Take a power nap
A power nap or cat nap is a short sleep ๐ค that terminates before deep sleep. Power naps intent to restore alertness, performance and learning ability. It is supposed to last about 10-20 minutes ๐ and can be taken any time of the day.
Take a shower
Take a shower , bath, or jump in to the nearest water source. Water is very rich in negative ions. The power of negative ions helps with our ability to absorb oxygen, improve serotonin levels, and improve alertness and concentration.
Take a walk
๐ฃ Walking for 30 minutes a day or more is a great way to improve and maintain overall health
Stretch
Sitting in a chair all day results in tight hamstrings in the back of the thigh. Stretching every 45 - 60 minutes would improve blood flow and reduce stress level accumulated during the day.
